Financial affairs

The Financial Affairs Commission shall develop the proposed annual budget for MAP and submit the proposed budget to the Executive Board for approval. Institutional and Individual membership dues will be set by the Financial Affairs Committee and approved by the Executive Board. Dues shall be set by June 30th of each fiscal year for the following fiscal year. The Financial Affairs Committee shall also be responsible for establishing and maintaining MAP’s fiscal policies and procedures and for otherwise monitoring all fiscal matters pertinent to the MAP’s activities. The Treasurer shall be a member of this committee. Three additional members will be nominated for appointment, one by the Treasurer and two by the President. Such additional members will be confirmed and appointed by the Executive Board.
